The game cam works well but the usb 6 v1..5 A power supply port that came with it doesn’t fit. We are both aged and need to use our computer to view the pics. It seems that the usb slot in the camera is damaged. The cord just falls out of it. It takes great pics but is not working the way I need it. Without the usb slot this camera doesn’t work for me. I also don’t like that it uses a small tf card instead of the larger SIM cards. How do I return this item? I would rather order one that you can just place the HD card in the computer. Please get back to me soon.
